"Pap" Dunnavant Endowed Scholarship

Established by Athens Broadcasting Co., Inc., of Athens, Alabama, under direction of its Board and WZYP General Manager William E. Dunnavant to honor his grandfather, “Pap” Dunnavant. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to junior-level broadcast students. Preference is given to students from the Tennessee Valley area of north Alabama.
