Established by the Alabama Power Company of Birmingham, Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to students who graduated from a high school in Alabama and are pursuing a course of study or conducting research in either the School of Mines and Energy Department, the College of Engineering, or the Culverhouse College of Business.
