Alabama Road Builders' Association and Alabama Asphalt Pavement Association Endowed Scholarship

Established by the State Licensing Board by Act 91-473 passed by the 1991 Legislative Session of the Alabama Legislature. Priority of consideration is given to students interested in the highway industry who intend to pursue degrees in civil engineering.
