Albert H. and Ruby L. Owings Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Mr. Douglas Lee Owings to honor his parents, Albert H. and Ruby L. Owings. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to deserving full-time students. Priority for the award is given to students with demonstrated financial need.
