Established by Mr. Anthony F. Cianciulli Sr. and the Bridgeport Pennsylvania Booster Club of The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen, transfer students, or full-time undergraduates. First priority is given to students from Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and second priority is given to students from Pennsylvania.
