Barbara Susan Bohorfoush Endowed Scholarship

Established by the Meshad family to honor Ms. Barbara Bohorfoush and to promote the education of first-generation students in the College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to students who graduated from high schools in Birmingham, Alabama; who are enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Alabama; who are first-generation college students; and who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines.
