Bessie Mae Asbury Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by the Holt High School Alumni Association in association with the Tuscaloosa County Alumni Chapter. First priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from Holt High School, or its successor, located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. Selection is based on academic achievement as demonstrated by performance on the ACT or SAT and high school grade point average. Financial need is a factor. Second priority is given to current undergraduate students enrolled full-time at The University of Alabama who graduated from Holt High School with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.
