Betty Jean Perkins McKelvey Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. “Buddy” Perkins. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students graduating from a high school located in Dallas or Wilcox County, Alabama. Second priority, at the discretion of the selection committee on an annual basis, is given to entering freshmen students graduating from a high school located in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
