Bill G. and Virginia L. Hughey Endowed Scholarship

Established by Pamela Hughey Parker to honor her parents, Bill G. and Virginia L. Hughey, and to promote the education of students at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to undergraduate students, particularly freshmen, who graduated from high schools in Limestone County, Alabama, and who are enrolled at The University of Alabama. Second priority of consideration is given to undergraduate students enrolled full-time at The University of Alabama who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines, and who maintain the grade point average required by The University of Alabama.
