Buell V. Moore Endowed Scholarship

Established by Buell V. Moore. Priority of consideration is given to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Engineering who are Cullman County, Alabama, high school graduates. Second priority of consideration is given to full-time undergraduate students in the College of Engineering who are Alabama high school graduates. Recipients are selected on the basis of scholarship, leadership, potential for success in an engineering discipline, professionalism, and financial need. Recipients must have a 2.8 or higher GPA on a 4.0 scale. The scholarship is renewable for each of the subsequent years of the recipient’s undergraduate education, provided the scholarship committee deems the recipient’s performance and academic progress to merit retention and provided the recipient remains enrolled full-time in the College of Engineering.
