Buford Boone Graduate Teaching Fellowships

Established by The Tuscaloosa News to honor the memory of the late Buford Boone. Priority of consideration is given to students majoring in journalism, political science, or English, who have a minimum 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale, who are entering their senior year, and who demonstrate financial need. Fellowships from this fund are awarded to outstanding graduate teaching assistants in English.
