Carl Holler Legacy Endowed Scholarship

Established by Carl Holler to promote the education of students at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to deserving undergraduate or graduate students at The University of Alabama who graduated from high schools in DeKalb County, Alabama, and who are considered to be first-generation college students. Second priority of consideration, once all DeKalb County students have been assisted, is to deserving undergraduate or graduate students who are defined as first-generation students within the general population of students admitted to The University of Alabama. If no first-generation students remain in the applicant pool of the general population, then funds are available for awards to deserving undergraduate or graduate students as deemed appropriate by the standing scholarship committee. The scholarship is renewable.
