Carmage and Martha Ann Walls Endowed Scholarship in Print Journalism

Established by The Carmage and Martha Ann Walls Foundation of Houston, Texas. Priority of consideration is given to students from communities served by Southern Newspapers, Inc., who intend to pursue degrees in print journalism in the College of Communication and Information Sciences at The University of Alabama and who demonstrate financial need. If no applicants meet these criteria, the scholarships shall be available to any students interested in pursuing degrees in print journalism in the College of Communication and Information Sciences at The University of Alabama.
