Cecil Gravlee and Mary Montgomery Duffee, Jr. Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Cecil G. Duffee, Jr. and the Western Georgia Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students from Carrollton High School or Central High School located in Carrollton, Georgia. Secondary consideration is given to any other student graduating from a high school located in the Western Georgia Alumni Chapter area. Recipient must have achieved a minimum 3.5 high school grade point average.
