Established by Charles F. Auman in association with the Dale County Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen or currently enrolled undergraduate students graduating from Carroll High School in Dale County, Alabama. Second priority is given to students graduating from any other high school in Dale County, Alabama.
