Clarence and Grace James Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by Donald M. James to honor the memory of his parents, Clarence and Grace James, and to promote the education of students from Russellville High School at The University of Alabama. This scholarship is given to graduating seniors from Russellville High School in Russellville, Alabama, who plan to attend The University of Alabama, are in the top ten percent of their graduating class, have exhibited significant leadership skills in extracurricular or community activities, and have received ACT or SAT scores in the top third of the entering freshman class at the University. The scholarship is renewable.
