Coach Willie Carl Martin - Lake Martin Alumni Chapter Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by the Lake Martin Alumni Chapter to honor Coach Willie Carl Martin. Priority of consideration will be given to entering freshmen students graduating from Benjamin Russell High School, or its successor, located in Alexander City, Alabama, and/or Benjamin Russell High School graduates transferring from Central Alabama Community College, or its successor, located in Alexander City, Alabama, and who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily financial need as determined by federal guidelines. If there are no qualified applicants meeting the first requirement, priority will go to entering freshmen students graduating from any other high schools located in Tallapoosa, Coosa and Clay Counties, Alabama, and who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily financial need as determined by federal guidelines.
