Colonel Floyd H. and Grace L. Mann Endowed Scholarship

Established by Charter Financial Corporation, as well as friends and admirers, to honor Floyd H. Mann and Grace L. Mann. First priority of consideration is given to students who are children of law enforcement officials and/or who intend to pursue a career in law enforcement. Second priority of consideration is given to students who graduate from high schools in Troup or Harris counties in Georgia or Chambers County in Alabama. Among qualified applicants, a deciding factor may be financial need, although not necessarily as defined by federal guidelines.
