Conrad M. Fowler, Jr., Family Endowed Scholarship

Established by Rachel and Conrad M. Fowler, Jr. Priority of consideration is given to students who graduated from Shelby County High School in Columbiana, Alabama, who possess a 3.0 or higher grade point average on a 4.0 scale and demonstrate scholarship aptitude, character, civic mindedness, and financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines.
