Dale Frazier Snowden and Raymond Carl Snowden Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Mr. and Mrs. Grantland Rice II to honor the memory of Louise Snowden Rice’s parents, Dale Frazier Snowden and Raymond Carl Snowden. Priority for the award is given to incoming full-time freshmen from public high schools in Monroeville, Alabama, whose records indicate a high probability of success.
