Established by Mr. Daniel A. Riley, Jr. in association with the Jefferson County Alumni Chapter. First priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from Parker High School, Birmingham, Alabama, or its successor. Second priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from any other high school within the Birmingham, Alabama City School System.
