Established by David and Jenifer Saylors with the Dallas-Wilcox Counties Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen and currently enrolled undergraduate students graduating from a high school in Dallas, Wilcox, and surrounding counties in Alabama.
