David Horton and Keith Chapman Memorial Scholarship

Established by the Mary Louise Horton Trust. Priority of consideration is given to full or part-time graduate students who have obtained an Alabama Class “B” professional educator certificate in special education, who possess a 3.0 or higher grade point average on a 4.0 scale, and who are enrolled in the College of Education pursuing a graduate degree in special education leading to Class “A” certification in severe disabilities.
