Established by John and Alice D. Maxwell. Priority of consideration is given to full-time students in the Culverhouse College of Business who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily defined by federal guidelines, and who possess a strong work ethic and desire to succeed but not necessarily a high grade point average.
