Dr. Charles E. Smith and Sandra G. Smith Dale County Chapter 2017 Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Oliver D. Kingsly Jr., along with the Dale County Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshman students graduating from a high school located in Dale County Alabama or whose origin is in Dale County Alabama. Second priority of consideration shall go to currently enrolled undergraduate students and transfer students who origin is located in Dale County Alabama.
