Established by Mr. Elton B. Stephens, Founder and Chairman of EBSCO Industries, Inc., of Birmingham, Alabama. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to outstanding students pursuing a course of study leading to a graduate degree in the School of Library and Information Studies.
