Elizabeth Barnes Thomas Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Robert M. Thomas in association with the DeKalb County Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from Fort Payne High School in DeKalb County, Alabama, or transfer students who attended Northeast State Community College. Second priority is given to entering freshmen from any other high school in DeKalb County, Alabama.
