Ernestine "Sis" Lenoir Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by the Ernestine Lenoir Charitable Trust and the Choctaw County Alumni Chapter. The scholarship is given to a “qualified applicant” who is an entering freshman, a transfer student, or a full-time undergraduate student. “Qualified applicant” is defined as either: 1) a person who graduated from or attended school in Choctaw County, Alabama; 2) a person who graduated from a secondary school outside of Choctaw County, Alabama, but was a resident of Choctaw County prior to and during graduation; or 3) a person whose parent, grandparent, or guardian is a current member in good standing with the Choctaw Alumni Chapter. Priority may be given to a nursing student.
