Gary B. Mills Endowed Dissertation Support Fund

Established by family members and friends of Gary B. Mills to honor his memory and to promote the education of deserving graduate students in the College of Arts and Sciences at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to students working in the area to which Dr. Mills’ own scholarly research contributed significantly, which was pre-20th century South with an emphasis upon African-American, Native American, or Creole history or family life.
