George H. and Wilhelmina Q. Echols Endowed Civil Engineering Scholarship Fund

Established by Mrs. Wilhelmina Q. Echols. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to deserving students in civil engineering. Priority for the award is given to students with financial need and to dependents of residents of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, with second priority going to students residing elsewhere in the state of Alabama. The scholarship is renewable.
