George Mitchell and Edith Kelley Clegg Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Mitchie Clegg Neel and Kelley Clegg Neal in association with the Blount County Alumni Chapter to promote the education of deserving undergraduate students and to honor their parents. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students enrolling in the College of Education graduating from the following high schools located in Blount County, Alabama: Locust Fork High School; any high school within the Blount County School System; any high school within the Oneonta City School System. Second priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a high school in Blount County, Alabama regardless of academic curriculum and third priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students graduating from any other high school in the State of Alabama enrolling in the College of Education.
