Established by Cheryl W. and H. Wayne Hutton. Priority of consideration is given to students enrolled in the College of Human Environmental Sciences whose academic records indicate a probability of success. Additional preference is given to those students who transferred from other institutions of higher education or whose parents have not earned college degrees.
