Harold E. Greer Sr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by family and friends of Harold E. Greer Sr. to honor his memory. Priority of consideration is given to incoming freshmen who are graduates of public high schools in the city of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, possess a minimum grade average of “B,” and plan to pursue a career in teaching. Second priority of consideration is given to third and fourth year students already enrolled in the teacher education program in the College of Education who are graduates of public high schools in the city of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and possess a minimum grade average of “B.” Among all qualified applicants, financial need is also a consideration.
