Established by Ms. Thelma J. M. Smith to honor her parents, Harriett L. and Walter B. Smith. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to deserving full-time undergraduate or graduate engineering students. Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, character, and potential for contributions. The scholarship is renewable.
