Houston Emerging Leader Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Kim Robbins Escovedo in association with the Houston, Texas Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a high school in the Houston, Texas Alumni Chapter area. Eligible recipients must demonstrate leadership and community service. Financial need is a primary factor, but not financial need as determined by federal guidelines. Applicants are required to submit a one-page narrative statement explaining their need.
