Houston Strong Alumni Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Ronnie and Nancy Mills in association with the Houston Texas Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students who have achieved a minimum ACT score of 27, or equivalent SAT score, graduating from a high school located in the greater Houston Texas Chapter area; including Harris County and the adjacent counties of Montgomery, Liberty, Chambers, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend and Waller, who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily financial need as determined by federal guidelines.
