Howell and Elizabeth Heflin Endowed Scholarship

Established by the Colbert County Alumni Chapter to promote the education of deserving undergraduate students who enroll full-time at The University of Alabama. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students from Colbert County, Alabama, who meet the general requirements for admission to The University of Alabama as a student in good standing.
