Ira C. Carlisle, Sr., Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by Sue Bradley Carlisle and Joseph Taylor Carlisle to honor the memory of Ira C. Carlisle Sr. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to deserving students enrolled full-time from Choctaw or Washington counties in the state of Alabama. Priority for the award is given to descendants of Ira C. Carlisle Sr. and to graduating high school seniors whose records indicated a high probability for success.
