Dr. Charles E. Smith Legacy Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Sandy Smith with the Dale County Alumni Chapter. First priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a high school in Dale County, Alabama, or whose origin is Dale County, Alabama. Second priority of consideration is given to currently enrolled undergraduate students and transfer students whose origin is Dale County, Alabama.
