Genna Godbey Legacy Endowed Support Fund for Event Planning Innovation

Established by friends and family of Genna L. Barkley Godbey. The endowment earnings are used to provide support for hospitality management in the College of Human Environmental Sciences at the University. The support fund is used for a variety of purposes in support of hospitality management, including, but not limited to, support for students who are majoring in hospitality management with a concentration in event planning, are working in an event office on campus, or are student workers or students completing internship hours for a hospitality management program. If this fund is used to award scholarships, priority of consideration is given to students who are enrolled in the College of Human Environmental Sciences and are majoring in hospitality management with a concentration in event planning.
