Ann Ray Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Richard E. Ray and the East Tennessee-Knoxville Alumni Chapter. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen graduating from a high school in the East Tennessee-Knoxville Chapter area. Preference is given to those students enrolling in the College of Engineering.
