Colonel John and Marguerite Smith Army ROTC Endowed Scholarship

Established by Phillip D. Smith to honor his parents. Priority of consideration is given to students participating in The University of Alabama Army ROTC program who exhibit persistence and service in pursuing their ROTC and academic goals, and who demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines.
