Charity Steel Endowed Scholarship for Pell City High School

Established by Charity Steel Corporation. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen students graduating from Pell City High School located in St. Clair County, Alabama. Students who have achieved a minimum high school grade point average of 3.0 will be given first consideration.
