William B. Oakley Endowed Scholarship in Accounting

Established by William B. Oakley. Priority of consideration is given to full-time undergraduate or graduate students majoring in accounting who are military veterans and have financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines. First preference is given to those who have served in the U. S. Army or Marine Corps. The scholarship may be renewable for each of the subsequent years of the recipient’s education provided the scholarship committee deems the recipient’s performance and academic progress satisfactory and provided the recipient remains enrolled in the Culverhouse School of Accountancy.
