Sara Bell "Penny" Allen Endowed Scholarship Award

Established by friends and associates of Associate Professor Emeritus Sara Bell Penrod “Penny” Allen, now deceased, who gave over 40 years of her life to many and varied aspects of social service. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to a junior or senior demonstrating outstanding leadership in student life, and prizes are awarded to the faculty or staff member deemed to have made the greatest contribution to the quality of student life.
