Herman W. Lawley Endowed Scholarship

Established by Bill and Josephine Lawley. Priority of consideration is given to entering freshmen from Tuscaloosa County, Alabama who have a parent who is an active or deceased member of the Tuscaloosa Police or Fire Departments. The applicant is required to submit an essay entitled “What America Means to Me”.
