Phillip W. Simmons Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Established by Mr. and Mrs. William Richard Simmons to honor the memory of their son, Phillip W. Simmons. Scholarships from this fund are awarded to full-time deserving students. First priority of consideration is given to descendants of the Simmons family; second priority to graduates of Walker Junior College; and third priority to dependents of residents of Jasper, Alabama, and vicinity.
