Blount Family Endowed Business Scholarship

Established by David Blount. First priority of consideration is given to students who are enrolled in the Culverhouse College of Business who graduated from a high school in Union Springs, Alabama and demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines. Second priority of consideration is given to students who are enrolled in the Culverhouse College of Business who graduated from a high school in Jefferson County, Alabama, and demonstrate financial need, although not necessarily need as defined by federal guidelines. The scholarship may be renewable for each of the subsequent years of a recipient?s undergraduate education provided the scholarship committee deems the recipient?s performance and academic progress satisfactory and provided the recipient remains enrolled in the Culverhouse College of Business.
