Robert Odus and Mary Pettus Wilson Endowed Scholarship

Established by Lauren Wilson of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to honor Robert Odus and Mary Pettus Wilson. The intent of this scholarship is to give a scholarship to a student or students in need with no academic requirements. The scholarship is for students in the Department of Theatre and Dance, with a priority for theatre students, in any theatre major of discipline (’major" and ’discipline" meaning the different areas of theatre which includes, but is not limited to, technical, set design, scenery, props, sound, lighting, costumes, performance, musical theatre, dance, stage management, Theatre/Arts Management/Administration, etc.) to receive financial aid in the pursuit of their undergraduate or graduate degree in theatre and dance. Priority should be given to students from the state of Alabama, but the scholarship is not restricted to only Alabama residents.
