Judge Harlan Hobart Grooms Endowed Scholarship in the Blount Scholars Program

Established by Mrs. Angeline Grooms to honor her husband and by Mr. H. Hobart Grooms Jr., son of Judge and Mrs. Grooms, to honor the memory of Judge Harlan Hobart Grooms. Priority is given to incoming freshmen pursuing a degree through the Blount Scholars Program in the College of Arts and Sciences.
